Guarantee conditions

We grant you a warranty of 3 years on our watches. The warranty covers material and manufacturing defects. In case of warranty we grant you the following services at our choice:

- free repair of the watch or

- free exchange of the watch for an equivalent item (this can also be a successor model if th watch under complaint is no longer available)

The warranty does not apply to damage to our watches as a result: 

• improper handling and negligence (e.g. throwing, falling)
• Use of force (e.g. blow, fall)
• Environmental influences (e.g. fire, heat, cold, dust, humidity)
• Disregard of the operating instructions or the care instructions
• Arbitrary repair and modification
• normal wear and aging of the materials used

The warranty does not cover wear and tear on the battery, bracelet and case. The wear marks visible on the bracelet and case of a watch are considered normal signs of use. The effect of perspiration on the bracelet varies from person to person.  

In order to check the warranty conditions, it is necessary that you send us the watch and a copy of the order confirmation when making a claim under the warranty. Please ensure that the watch is properly packed to prevent damage to the watch during transport. 

If you are entitled to a warranty claim, we will provide the warranty service within 30 days of sending the watch to us. Within the scope of the warranty service, we will bear the costs for sending the goods to us and for returning the goods to you. These costs will be reimbursed by us within the framework of the warranty service.

We would like to point out that your legal rights from the purchase contract concluded with us are not limited by this guarantee. Regardless of the guarantee, you are entitled to warranty rights against us in the event of a defective purchased item.

The beginning of the warranty period is the date of purchase.

The guarantee only applies to consumers in the sense of § 13 BGB, not to entrepreneurs in the sense of § 14 BGB. According to § 13 BGB, a consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly neither commercial nor their independent professional activity can be attributed.

The territorial scope of the guarantee covers the Federal Republic of Germany and the member states of the European Union. 

This guarantee is subject to the law of the Federal Republic of Germany.
